  1. I actually like the fact you're putting up videos. It's a good way to interact with your audience and its pretty entertaining. If i was frustrated with a product and over it, I'd probably do the same thing and destroy it. Would the costs of you repairing it be worth it? It'd have to be substantially lower than the actual price of the console for me to jump on board.

  2. People always do something like that when they meet some technical problems with their machines. Especially, when they need that machine and the machine just cannot turn on with some unknown problems. Furthermore, people could smash that machine at that moment, but after that they realize they just broke an expensive stuff. So you guys can save plenty of game consoles' lives.

  3. The funny thing is that there are multiple videos of people destroying gaming consoles over this same issue. I wonder how many people have thrown aways or disposed of their console is any other matter instead of just fixing it at a fraction of the cost. This is a very good business idea. The hardest part would be making sure that the general public knows this is a viable option.
    Good job

  4. I feel like they are burning cash by doing so, and I am wondering how much it would cost to repair for this completely dead machine, compared with getting a new one.

    1. In fact, buying a new system would range from $250-$300 from best buy or straight from microsoft and sony. Repairing the system would cost only a fraction of that, $50-$80. That's why we have this kind of service, is to help people save money and for those who can't afford to buy a new system every time their system fail on them.

  5. It's a very good example of how some customers become frustrated when their PS3 is not working. That's an amazing plan of your company to offer a type of support for devices that can still be repaired
