    1. No matter how many different services you need for the console, is there a different 90 warranty per repair part if there are several things wrong with it, or per repair visit?

  2. Wow, what is a nice service!!!!. Your warranty is much better than fry's or Staple's. Do you still give your customers free services within 90 days even their game break out every week?

  6. Your 90 day warranty is something that will definitely be appealing to customers who are looking for your type of service. Since these game consoles tend to have a lot of problems, your guarantee for every repair is a smart move for your market plan!

  8. I would love to use your service since the 90 days warranty on the repair is way better than other repair services provide. Do you have a limit on the maxium times you will be fixing the problem with 90 days?

  12. 90 day warranty is so generous compared to 30 day plan from many others in the market. It make customers more confident to use the service that you offer.

  13. This is great because it can limit consumer remorse if they know the product is backed by a guarantee. Is it possible to purchase an extended warranty for after the 90 day period? if your products rarely need repairs it may be a good way to increase revenue.

  14. If this warranty is free then that would be perfect. However, if there are some other problems coming out from that machine, does warranty cover those?

  15. The warranty seems great. There are feelings of doubt when someone gets their game console back after they get it fixed so the warranty would relieve them. Since there's that 5% if something is still wrong do they get that fixed for free or are there additional charges?

  16. I like 95% guarantee warranty service. Yes, even you guarantee 99% or 100%, it is hard for you to predict what will happen with your repaired items in a couple of weeks and machines can go wrong anytime. It is a great incentive for customers to have 90 days warranty period. This will help you get more new customers in the short period of time. Nice job!

  17. I like products which have a warranty. If I have a choice between two similar products I would choose the one which comes with a warranty. In addition, I would pay more for a product which came with a warranty than one that did not. I believe your company blogging about this warranty shows consumers your a sincere company seeking customer satisfaction.

  19. warranty is the most important after-sale service. I personally think that most people would consider more about warranty while buying the product. Therefore, I think that having a good warranty service would build up a strong service network.

  20. This warranty is sure to attract a lot of customers. Many people are afraid to take their consoles to certain repair shops because of trust issues. This certainly beats a craigslist deal!

  21. Thats the best warranty I have ever seen..I like it. You should mention any seal broken consoles will not be accepted. You dont want your business to marry the consoles if someone has already tried to fix it themselves.

  23. The warranty thing is a good idea. Have you considered doing what Apple does with Apple Care Protection Plan? Where customers buy an actual warranty that will last them X number of years of support?
