Ordering form and everything looks great. Just so i understand you actually send out a technician to my house to repair my console? Or do i send in my console like most similar companies?
ReplyDeleteThis website ordering form will confirm that we will process your request and send out a tech to repair your console.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea!! Is the information private? Also, if I was new to using consoles, how would I know by filing this out what is wrong with my console to order the correct parts. Is this also someplace where you can in the process speak with someone online to diagnose any possible problems, so that are buying the right parts and services?
ReplyDeleteEven though customers write the problem down, but what if some unusual problems cause this problem? How does customers fix it by themselves or just follow the structure you are giving to them?
ReplyDeleteI think using pay pal is smart and easy to operate. The form to fill out is a smart way to make the repair service transaction go smoothly.
ReplyDeleteGreat stuff. Easy to understand and operate so I can game sooner!
ReplyDeleteYour idea is great, and I believe that it is approachable. However, in most of time, I don't even certain of the exact problem. It is really hard for people to clearly describe the problem in words. In addition, tech would most likely need to ask questions to people for certain points. How to ease the confusion to both tech and customers would need a lot of arrangement.
ReplyDeleteHaving an online order form is a smart option, given that almost every person uses the internet in some shape or form. The form looks really simplex and user-friendly. Maybe creating a mobile app would be a good idea too. "Service at the palm of their hands."
ReplyDeleteThat’s a great strategy to attract customers, who do not like wasting time, but your website has online technician or an operator to help us with some unusual questions about problem specifications?
